Autocratik is David F. Chapman - gamer, writer, game designer and developer, editor, illustrator, comics publisher, and all round geek.
A gamer of tabletop roleplaying games since the early 1980's, he dabbled in comic publishing in the late 1990's releasing Missing (which he wrote and illustrated) and D'Adventures of ISRAELI: Consequences by comics legend D'Israeli.
He has worked on Terra Primate, All Flesh Must Be Eaten, Buffy the Vampire Slayer RPG, Angel RPG, Army of Darkness, and Ghosts of Albion for Eden Studios before becoming lead writer and line developer on Conspiracy X 2.0.
He also was lead writer and designer on Cubicle 7's Doctor Who: Adventures in Time and Space RPG, working on the game from initial pitch to the BBC through to its publication - winning awards at the ENnies and UK Games Expo.
Dave was also lead writer / line developer for the initial design and concept for Star Trek Adventures for Modiphius Entertainment.
When he hasn't been working on these titles, he's launched the internet initiative #RPGaDAY, hoping to spread some positivity online about tabletop gaming.
Currently, Dave is a Producer at Cubicle 7, working on the Doctor Who Roleplaying Game, and is continuing his long-running work on WILD, a tabletop RPG of dreamshare technology which he describes as Inception meets The Matrix, in the Sandman comic.
